Hmm..about recruitment i think its best discuss with the nypms seniors. We need to meet and discuss this...Even promoting the forum board shld be made in a systematic way

kudos for the posters. but i guess i thorough outreach is a far better tool for us.
this is in contrast with the survey that i have put up at most mussollahs, but with little or no response.
if you guys ever see thee "got a minute poster?", please feel free to fill it up. =)
Its for my marketing committee at Darul Makmur.
Insyallah NYPMS will grow from strength to strength. =)

He/She will work under the Human Resource department. Spearheading the recruitment campaign. Work with marketing side to plan for the best ways to recruit people. Of course we will have meetings in committee level to discuss this in detail.
Insyaallah, big things will happen.

I am still getting feedback that some people are hesitant to join because of commitment. We should have a carefully thought out recruitment drive that informs the fact that there is multiple levels of commitment and members are free to choose.
Having a short video or animation for recruiting purpose would be interesting as well.

i was thinking since there will be a new students year 1 for next sem maybe we arranged a meeting together to discuss and put it into action eg how to attract them like making more brochures , fixed time for the nypmsn
the more the better and the more manpower and hopefully our nypmsn can be accepted and become as one of the cca in the school.
